May I know which account in SAM can delete audit log in SAM?

The audit log in the SolarWinds platform, same as in just the SAM module, is not meant to be deleted. So no account can do that. With admin privileges though, you can adjust the retention interval.

(But if you really want to, you can probably do it via the SQL database).
