You could use the IN operator:
nodes.IP_Address IN ('IP1', 'IP2', ...)

If you want to build the list of IPs dynamically based on some other conditions, then maybe a subquery would work:

nodes.IP_Address IN (SELECT ip FROM sometable WHERE somecondition)
