1002x missing

Not sure if it occurred after the latest software update, but the ASR-1002x that has been detected successfully in the past is no longer recognized in NPM.

The SYSOBJECTID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1525

NPM obtains the information from the node, but none of the statuses of the interfaces provide information and the Node Status shows the following:

Node is Up.
Overall Hardware Status (Node) 'Overall Hardware Status' has state: Unknown.

Unable to get any alerts when the interfaces show a change in status

What version of SWI are you running?

We are on 2023.3.1 and our 1002-Xs are still showing fine. I suggest opening a ticket with SolarWinds.
