Change SolarWinds Information Services SSL Certificate - 2023.3

Hi all,

I saw an older post that asked about changing the certificate for the Information services SSL on port 17778. (+) Change SolarWinds Information Services SSL Certificate - Forum - Network Performance Monitor (NPM) - THWACK

Is there an applicable change to the newer versions on 2023.3? I noticed the config files are a little different in format and the locations are now moved to different paths:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SolarWinds.InformationService.Service.exe.config" & "C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SolarWinds.InformationService.ServiceV3.exe.config"

I do have the thumbprint of the certificate I want to use for that service, and it would be the same as the Web SSL cert.

Is it worth just trying to delete the current binding for 17778 with "Netsh http delete sslcert ipport=0.0.0.0:17778 " and attempt to modify the certificateReference to my other certifcate in the Local Machine Store? ex:

In 2023.1 a new port for SWIS REST endpoint was added (17774). It looks like this is where you can now use your own certificate.
