We have integrated Solarwinds alerting to Service Now platform successfully and tickets are getting created as per our config.
Wanted to see if there is any option available to remediate the below,
-When a site is down due to an internet/power outage , we get tickets for all the site nodes since Solarwinds alerts generate for the same. Is there way for us to create a logic somehow only to generate one patent ticket for this (When an entire site is down )
