Installing kiwi on server 2019 core give me error code 1

Trying to install on server core instead. It halts at .net 4.8 download/install. It opens up the .net install, then I get "package installation is failed. Error Code is 1. Can someone verity that the syslog can be installed on Server2019 core?

I had the same thing on Server 2019. I had to go and download/install all the .net stuff separately. I can't remember but I think there were 3 or 4 different packages it needed. After that I was able to install kiwi.
