I've been online with them attempting to do SW-NPMC exam and PSI has dropped connection numerous times and forced re-login which hangs, then I get the run-around between departments.
This is my second time attempting to take the exam and I've spent the entire exam window with them reviewing browser configurations which are set correctly.
