Web Console won't load after upgrade to 12.4

Solarwinds SAM 6.7 - SQL Installation
Hi I have been tasked with building a small SolarWinds SAM 6.7 environment and I am trying to discover if it would be possible to install both the SQL Server 2014 and SolarWinds on the same virtual machine. It seems to run OK on the evaluation of SolarWinds but this was using SQL Express. Thanks James
