I'm migrating a IPM install + OS to a new OS + IPM version. I tried to use the export / import feature, but once the data was imported - it looks like a mess. All the monitors etc were no longer in the groups. It was a disaster. I read that you can do a backup / restore from configuration > scheduled maintenance tasks >…
Is there a way to add applications or monitors to scan for from the Express Discovery or the regular Scan Network? Thanks, Jason
Hi, I moved ipmonitor to a new server. After the move, none of the MySQL/MSSQL monitors are working. They give an unknown error. What could this be, and how can I fix this?
Does anyone know if there is a fix or workaround for ipMonitor and Chrome. Most features and function works but it won't load devices and nodes.

I have gotten multiple reports from our Stand-By team that they receive Emails for downed Ping monitors in the middle of the night and even though they recover within 5 minutes, they never receive an email letting them know that the monitor has recovered. That same email address (Alert) does occasionally receive recovered…
I was wondering if anybody else was concerned about the lack of updates/improvements to the IPMonitor software? I write a check every year to continue receiving support for the product, and I'm getting to the point where I don't see a reason to continue. It's been a very long time since the product has been updated and…
Hello All, I'm having a little bit of trouble finding how to get to historical data for my applications after the recent update. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

The results of the query can of course be tested (I.e. does column 2, row 1 have a positive integer for example). Whilst the monitor itself may run well and…
Is there a way to create a drivespace report for all devices that have drivespace monitors and to display the information in GB available? I see how to get pie graphs and percentages but I don't really need all that. I only need device name, GB available, and maybe GB total. Thanks
