Hello, Actually the WPM uses the IE browser for the recorder, and for some sites we have problems with this browser, and we are having the same problems on the recorder. There's any way to change the browser used by the recorder? (for Firefox or chrome)
My regular desktop computer has been taken away and I've been given a new and improved Citrix Desktop! When I open WPM Transaction Recorder all I get is a white screen. The powers that be granted me Admin access on the box, but that didn't help. How can I get it working?
