I am trying to match items in solarwinds against a list of devices we are paying for coverage on at out company. I have spent a few days trying to create a report that would do this for me, but I haven't been able to get serial numbers/service tags for all devices. Anyone else experience long wait times and delayed response from SolarWinds? My experience has been terrible. Multiple 40+ minute wait times, agents not able to help with cases when calling in...etc. Anyone else having these type of issues?
When I click to register for this years thwack camp the Register Free link does not take me anywhere?
Is it possible to view determine what process was using CPU at a given point in time in the past, and if so, how far back can we go. Problem is we don't know what process or service it was. this is on a Windows server.
