SnapMirror Monitoring through SRM
I have never been able to get SnapMirror monitoring working through SRM. I have SRM configured to use a NetApp OnCommand Core (DFM) server for monitoring. Pretty much what the title says. I'm trying to setup the evaluation SRM to see what it can do with our netapps. Do you set performance related thresholds on storage pools?
And if so, why? How would you calculate total IOPS (read + write) threshold on a pool?
NetApp E-Series
Does anyone know for sure if the SRM Module will monitor the NetApps E-Series data storage platform? I have been told it can, but would love to hear from someone that is maybe using it in their environment.
NETAPP Cluster Mode Support in SolarWinds
