There are some indexes that will just never be sorted for longer than an hour, but for that one index it's *ok*. I would like the ability to "unmanage"/ignore just that index and then I can pay more attention to others.
Azure SQL Managed Instance User Experience Monitor

Add Acknowledge alert notes as a column on the alerts page
It would be good to be able to see the notes of all the acknowledged but still active alerts on the alerts page as a selectable column so that you can easily see the notes that were written at the time of acknowledgement.
