HTTP/1.1 403 when downloading a text file from the SERV-U Web Client - Alternative Folder Info Text?

Automate Server ID import. Serv-U 15.3.2
Is it possible to automate the ID Server import process? I verified that creating a "ServerIdentity" registry key, however this key is unique for each installation and that generates another ID in case of system formatting. Is there any command or other process I can automate?
15.3.2 upgrade failure
Attempted upgrade from 15.3.1 to 15.3.2 on four of our twelve hosts. Identical problem on all of them so far - Serv-U.dll. When installing Serv-U 15.3.2 the Serv-U service does not start. Error 1068. NT Authority/Network Service account failed. I configured it to log on to the Local System account and it worked. Windows Server 2022 System.

Home directory permission rules do not override group rules.
User rules do not override group rules. Directory read/write permissions: Directory group rule: read only Directory user rule: write In this case the dominant rule is the read-only rule. Is this correct or is it a bug?
