I have a customer who is connecting and sometimes they can save files, other times they cannot. I enabled logging and it seems to be related to entering passive mode. Top half is when it worked, bottom when it didn't. Can anyone tell what is happening based on the screen shot?
We are just starting with Serv-U and my employer would like to have a possibility to pick a folder with its content to share instead of going though the whole folder structure and pick files one by one. Is this something that can be configured? Any assistance here will be greatly appreciated
Hi All, Has anyone experienced an issue with Serv-U that when you download a zip file (any file content), it's empty or 0 file. But when you upload the file one at a time, you'll be able to downlod it with no problem. Hoping you guys can assist. Thank you! Bella,
