Hi all, I found that some servers with Last event > 7 days. Look like the lem agent suddenly not collecting event log from the windows server. Any log file should I check? How to perform troubleshooting? Thanks.

Removing Custom Templates
How do i remove test templates from SEM? Templates were created for testing and we want them removed to avoid confusion.
Configuring LDAP fails, error "Connection Lost"
Very frustrating for a new installation. Working on a new install and having trouble configuring SSO/LDAP connection. Completing all the fields results in "Connection Lost" error immediately after hitting the Save button. DC is on Server 2019, functional level 2012 if that makes any difference. Sample attached.
Solarwinds SEM Use Cases
Hello, I hope this message finds someone that can respond. Does Solarwinds have Use Cases and rules that their customers can use for their environment? Other vendors has use cases and supporting their customers but I am not sure if Solarwinds helps that customers that are new in using the tool.
Particular user has by far the most UserLogonFailure Logs.
Looking at "Failed Logons by DestinationAccount" from the dashboard, this one user has many failures per hour, all day and night.
