Currently all C8200L-1N-4T devices are identified as Cisco when grouped by machine type. Can we update NCM to properly group these devices by machine type and not generalize them as Cisco. Thank you.
Currently, you can only download NCM Device Templates with an on-line connection. For those of us who work in air-gapped networks, it would be very handy to have a way to download shared templates on a connected machine that does not have SW on it so that they could be transferred to the off-line server.
We have switches that require a .DAT firmware file, I would like to be able to use native firmware support for this but unfortunately only .bin is supported right now. Is it possible to ehnace this feature?

We would like to enhance a few aspects of the dynamic maps. 1 - Fix the blue lines on the dynamic maps. These all display as connection errors. 2 - Fix the hierarchy. The display of the connection hierarchy is a bit messy and hard to see the accurate flow of device connections.
Hi, a revised firmware upgrade template for Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches would be a great help, as the available template does not address the "install" mode of the newer hardware.
SolarWinds support have confirmed to me on Case # - 01584135 that out the box PCI compliance reports for Check Point firewalls don't exist. I am creating a request for them to be added.
I'd like to see Aruba switch stack be reported in both NPM as a switch stack (it is) and also for NCM to inventory the serials for each of the stack switches. This should be incredibly easy to put together sh stacking detail on an aruba gives topolgy, status, serial name, software version, memory status, etc - so this…
We need to Limit User who will be able to create, run and modify NCM Jobs created by only themselves. But, should not be able to View/Modify Jobs created by Other User. This role is not available in current NCM versions. Case # - 00283864
