I am able to find top SQL statements and their hash values in DPA, but there are two questions I'm wondering how to answer in DPA: 1. Historically, who is running the top SQL? 2. Can I ignore all SQL executed by that user in the trends? Thanks!

I need to track what users are doing in DPA but there is no clear cut way to do that. I can somewhat see what is occurring in the dpa access log but it doesn't tell me if a monitor was turned off nor does the event log tell me what user turned off monitoring.
For whatever reason, I cannot seem to get to the Acknowledge functionality on the Current Alerts page (see screen cap). Any ideas as to why? I figure I'm missing a setting somewhere, but I'll be darned if I can find it.
