I have ran a capture and see no netflow traffic reaching the server. This leads me to believe it's an issue with the config on the 4500X which is why I am currently investigating with Cisco.

I'm not sure. NTA eventually picked up on the device and told me I needed to add in one of my Port Channel interfaces (I'm not sure why). Ditto for me. Upgraded to 12. All 4500x show in alarm. smickelson@apexitconsulting.com and djw55 I was able to get the alerts to clear by changing the preferred Cisco MIB for my 4500X switch to CISCO-ENVMON-MIB

You could install a NetPath probe at each location.

I fixed this by changing the MIB, as I mention here. Alternatively, you can turn that hardware sensor off entirely.
