This has been a very difficult time. I work for 911 - so each and every one of our dashboards if so very critical! There are only 14 people responsible for the day to day operations; there are 8 of us in IT. I monitor the storage, would you believe that I have both the old VMAN Appliance running along with the new VMAN…

Awesome UI improvement @"Dez" - can't wait to implement. I wish I could take advantage of the automated firmware upgrades. Due to the nature of my business, 911, we have to be physically connected to what we are upgrading, with backup plan in hand. I got wind of the available upgrade after I was able to THWACK again!…

I have to say ... I had the worst year with respect to hours and stress. I used THWACK many times to escape and feel somewhat valuable. That same year .... ok this year .. I was selected to be a MVP. I did not think that I was worthy of the title, it was a dream to be a MVP! We all just want to make a difference! It is not…

I am assuming that you are using Orion - ?? In order to pull "group" information, you must first set up your groups. Go to Settings on the Orion Home page, Under Node and Group Management - select Group Management - and Add New Group - you will be able to make as many groups as you need to. Once you define the group, you…

So ... I looked up $ in Linux : "$" - is just a sign of the shell prompt, means that shell is ready to accept commands, you can understand it as a separator after which, you can interact with a shell. Can also be "#" which shows that root is the user who's session is going on. Taking this into consideration - does your…
