I would open a tech support case then. If you have specific examples to show them - they can drill thru the database for specifics and attempt to find where the lines cross. Tech support is phenomenal - if you can present the info, I am most certain that they can reverse engineer and help you find the root of your problem.

As soon as you hit the threshold - you will be notified .. if you are running a trial .. I believe you have unlimited nodes you can add... so yes, you will not see any type of notification until you hit "a" threshold. Again .. .personal experience.

Do you have logging enabled on that switch? Does the log present anything?
