After upgrading the issue got fixed.
-
yes we restored the db 1st and even powered on the db server 1st. Still the issue exist some on the db schema went to 2026.2 even i have raised the vendor case they are not sure why this happened. Correction db is on 2024.4 but some schema is on 2026.2. We are planning to upgrade i guess that is the last option.

Does that mean solarwinds can use credentials from cyberark only for DPA? If i want to use it for SAM or other module is it available?
-
The alert is getting executed everything is green but sms is not recieved
-
I am also facing the same issue did you get any solution for this?
-
Yes i saw that but was confused, if this is implemented or not. But i see it is still pending.

Hi chad, i am not using the filters on a chart or a table. It just show application status as down and up of nodes and the url should direct to the up or down status devices of a specific application which is a custom property.
-
Set the below option for Link for nodes
-
I tried that but it is not redirecting me to the correct page or Link the count is perfect. I am using below filter for Link /Orion/Nodes/Default.aspx?AdvancedFilters=CustomProperties.server_category=Critical Server AND Status=1 AND CustomProperties.Environment = Prod
-
you can create a customized widget in dashboard. what exactly do you need?
-
I have done solarwinds upgrade and even reinstallation. We never stopped the services and took snapshot. We even rolled back those snapshots but there was no issue.
-
Its happening on linux boxes i tried Tnc server -p 161 and it failed. SNMP walk is also failing. But these things are failing for other solaris devices but they are working fine
-
Yes that is correct, only yhe solaris boxes has snmp issue.
-
we changed the name before configuration wizard. Even we ran installation after changing the srever name.
-
we created a server with xyz name and then we powered off the old server removed it from n/w and transferred the old server name and ip to the new server
-
We installed the solarwinds with the same ip and name just the os is changes. We are facing issues with solaris devices only rest of the devices are running fine.DB and everything is same.
-
Yes I am changing through edit node. It is saved successfully and showing the updated node category but the problem is - The updated node category i snot updated in 'node category id' it is a field which we are using in sql report.
-
Node category id is showing as 0 which means it is marked as other, but they are network devices which means it should be 1 as per below table. Category IDName0Other1Network2Server
