Hello, That won't be an option for us. The secondary email address is from another company. We are also using the email attribute for exchange so we wouldn't be able to combine the two.

Any update on this? We have users and their email address being synced from AD. We can't add a comma to the primary. It gets rewritten every time there is a sync.

Hello, We had the same issue. Some techs had this issue and some didn't. We did figure out that it was PeopleSoft related. So users that logged into our PeopleSoft environment in Chrome would get kicked out of WHD. If they used a different browser for each application then it was fine.
