Yes, designerfx, I am also looking forward to a week long SWUG... Wait, what?
-
Looking forward to the future, and hoping all goes well. All for the cause!

Always a good idea to keep what works and get rid of what doesn't. You've got my upvote, sir.

"Whoa... What happened to Tuesday and Wednesday?" mid-day thread bump.

Congrats to all the MVPs. The only thing left is to go ahead and send me your dues (first and last month) so we can get this finalized... Definitely nothing fishy about this... just get that cash into the envelope and send it my way... 100% not a scam... For sure... No doubt about it.

Well, I suppose I will just post the only thing my little brain can comprehend... Thank you for your time and assistance with building this community!

It would be great if SolarWinds would give Kiwi Syslog some attention, and a nice update, to bring it into line with all of the new NPM 12+ stuff. As many others, we also use Kiwi to take the brunt of the syslog load, filtering only the very important over to SolarWinds proper. I just feel as if there could be so much…

Here is a link to the newest edition to our custom property uses. Basically, we are now using custom properties to auto populate graphs, via some code I stol... errr... borrowed, from c.gura and tdanner, and pieced together. Every time we add the proper custom properties to an interface, or group of interfaces, a new…

bobmarley This should have been working for a while. The screenshot below is just made up of a bunch of ${variableName} stuff... EX: <tr> <tr style="background-color: #E3DEDE;" align="center"> <td>Node:</td> <td>${Caption}</td> </tr> <tr> <tr style="background-color: #E3DEDE;" align="center"> <td>IP Address:</td>…

Only time will tell... I will bet you 1 Thwack point this will be on the front page before 9am...

Sounds like it was a great time. Wish I could go to all of these so I don't miss out. Can't wait for the 2020 SWUGs!

Congrats, @"ChrystalT"!! All the best to you!

I like this and, as such, I shall up vote this! I'd also like to be able to schedule night diags. It always bothers me when support says I should have taken diags before the issue started. (I still haven't figured out how I'm supposed to know when a problem is about to happen...) It would be nice to just have a folder with…

"Hello World!" early afternoon thread bump...

I had much better luck with this by adding the "-" character to the list. It places it at the top, and seems to force the mandatory property to function as intended, by forcing the user to change the value.

Also, if it's not too much to ask, I would like to be able to leave my PerfStack screen up without being logged out automatically... Thanks!

Let the records show, we are currently at 89 votes.

lol... maybe you're right... good thinking...

zackm You know what, I feel I may have overreacted just a bit. Perhaps I should have phased those comments another way...

rharland2012 lol.. yeah, famous last words...

jordaniswhite I, along with many others, have been asking and waiting for something like this. Hopefully they will make it a priority sometime soon. Also, just in case it is helpful, I have just posted something that would, at the very least, give you the search function. It is not the nicest, or most professional thing…

cobrien I think having the resources pull the data they need is a terrific improvement over full page reloads/refreshes. I also think the data being displayed would show better if the charts refreshed and scrolled over automatically, as a "real-time style" refresh instead of an "everything, whether it needs to or not"…

mr.e I like it... reminds me of my parents...

Monday morning double bump...

I really wish I could limit the custom properties shown/available, on the edit node page, by other custom properties. The nodes in the "DSLAM" department on need custom properties x1, x2, x3, x4. The nodes in the "Servers" department only need properties x1, x3, x4, x7, x9. I need some properties to overlap, while having…
