Yeah, up vote early, up vote often (just pretend you can up vote again)!!

Yes, that is definitely a good request for NCM. I always thought NCM had massive potential. It really needs to start doing more with the data it has, like parsing configs, saving variables... and now, this too.

zackm Maybe I should have said, "No, I do not wish to reply to this thread to bring it to the top of the recent threads list, increasing the visibility to the community..."

allanseyberth yes, this would be nice.

I meant for this to be on my original reply, but "Enter to Reply" is an actual thing, and it seems to very much enjoy coming back, no matter how many times I disable it... DanielleH I agree with clubjuggle, as I have definitely seen the content before, it would be nice to just have some direct links to it. If it were up to me, I think I would put that "scripts" link under each of the modules/sections, as seen in the SAM area. I think scripting/scripts lab can be more universal than just for…

I think the last part of adatole's last sentence says it all: "It’s because I understand all of that, but I’m mentally ready for what comes next." Most people can learn, and be trained to do anything. However, if they are not ready for it, they will probably not succeed. Knowing, and accepting, that change is coming, and…

You most certainly have a thumbs up from me! I think filters should be applied and followed all the way to the source/destination... whichever direction you're clicking.

alexslv I do something similar as well, although, not as fancy as you. I just keep it all in SolarWinds, and have a couple of views I use to keep track of other views, and find the resources/files I need to work on. I am really looking forward to the SDK being able to reference a couple of view/resource related tables...…

DanielleH Oh no... major bummer... We were looking forward to shaking hands and talking to other users face to face... Well, I wasn't looking forward to the shaking hands part, but that is just a personal thing... But my boss and coworker were definitely interested... Maybe y'all can just bite the bullet and host it…

Being a fairly project oriented person myself, I completely understand about the "use it or lose" aspect, as I've been there several times myself. I tend to "learn" (figure out is probably a better term to use) what I need for job A, then I move on to a different project afterwards, which may not use any tools from the…

would be nice to use in NTA, as well as across the board through all modules. NTA will actually filter items using CIDR, but, oddly enough, it will not accept it anywhere else... makes 10 minutes worth of adding subnets take 40 minutes... too bad this is a great idea, and very useful, as it will probably sit here for 4+…

mduplessis As of NPM 12.1, this feature will be a standard core feature, as seen here, Drag & Drop Answers to Your Toughest IT Questions .
