Where did they come up with their answer? If you add up the numbers listed under each group it does not come up with their answer. Then if you remove the products that are duplicated under some of the groups, it comes up with even less.

This is a very big ask and honestly I don't think Solarwinds would ever do all of it. 1. Phone App - this is would be great especially for managing alerts 2. OnCall notification - would be great and could be integrated with the Phone App. But there are already great services that provide this and integrate with Solarwinds.…

Excellent read and completely agree. It drives me nuts when companies to repackage or rebrand something old and something new and innovative. Unfortunately those at the C-Level usually fall for and then tell us that we need to start looking into this new shiny tech.

Stuck on #5. Based on some of the comments (ie the car reference) I thought I had it but either the number of blanks is incorrect or I don't have the correct answer because I am 1 letter short. Any other hints?

The biggest "glitch" we had this year was spanning-tree misconfiguration. The previous engineer did not configure spanning tree properly. So when we added in new switches, it caused a spanning-tree convergence and took the network down briefly.
