Call into support and they should give you a "Buddy Drop" which fixes the issue. I believe you are correct. I have been checking every 30 minutes for HF2 to be released. Our entire environment was patched to HF1 yesterday thankfully.

I was really looking forward to this however the lack of NTLM support is a deal breaker for how my organization uses this. I love the new recorder but I am going to have to downgrade back to the previous version.

My company is having the same issue. I opened up Case # 1325147 on 12 Oct 2017. Same issue. We have been using this script as a workaround https://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-174800 We also now have a script that looks for volumes that are not monitored and alerts on that.
