Thx, do you have any sample maps from map maker with a visio background you could post or send me? I haven't tried PNG but I will. I am using Visio 2007, and when the map is put up it looks OK, the problem is trying to display the map on a large screen lcd tv and expanding the size makes the map look horrible.

Thx! I will keep following this. I am working on it but I just haven't found a good view just yet. I heard someone put a page up of many guages using iframe but haven't gotten that to work yet, I can't shrink them down enough to fit alot on one page.

thx! It is ridiculous how unstable it is, yesterday I did exactly what you mentioned and it pulled the color out of some of the icons. I am trying to put this on a large screen and the more you expand the map so that you can read the font from a short distance, the worse the map looks....
