This is a key point. I wish it was in the documentation somewhere. I was only checking my WAN interfaces and was getting incomplete data and it was driving me nuts.
-
Sorry about that. Yes, I uploaded the file last Thursday. If you don't find it let me know and I'll send it again.

Has any headway been made on this yet?

Well I spoke too soon as the service just shut down. Investigating the event log I found the following; "Exception: error occurred during Process Cached Data. Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. The box it runs on has 3.5 GB RAM with 2.7GB available. I was successfully able to restart the service.

Maybe someone should change the documentation?!?!

I had a similar problem with SNMP and syslog alerts not performing their action. Once I restarted the service (SNMP or syslog respectively) it works. Every time I make a change I have to restart the service to get the alert to work. Worth a try...

No, I don't see any negative effects on the system at this time. Thx, Vin

Thanks sedmo. I was wary of doing that but will give it a shot.

In order to get mine to work I had to change "Enable Level" to and then it worked fine.

My issue is similar. When I edit netflow sources under "ADMIN>>NTA SETTINGS>>SETTINGS>>NETFLOW SOURCES>>EDIT: I see two entries for each device. I wish someone would comment on this post.

I had same issue and opened a case. There are two different downloads for NPM, one without and one with SQL express. They support engineer had to send me the link to the one with SQL express.
