@i_like_eggs - I have been working on SolarWinds for more than a decade, and I haven't seen such cool dashboards ever :)

@John.Summers - Looks like a cool idea.

@simon-theiet Whatsapp does have a business API, check out the below thread which might help you in the right direction Need to integrate alerts with Mobile SMS Application like WhatsApp, Telegram and so on - THWACK If a webhook can be created using this, then its easy to call it from SolarWinds trigger actions from the…

@i_like_eggs - I am bookmarking all of your thwack threads, well done! I really like the way you have built these dashboards.

:):) as you say sir :):) @Lofstrand
-
@Lofstrand is on target, @techno-reseau when you create this make sure to create accurate conditions on which traps do you need an email alert for, traps can be too chatty at times.

Hi @rotto923 I am sure SolarWinds released a new Wireless Summary dashboard, can you check one thing for me. Go to Settings - Manage Dashboards and search for 'Wireless Monitoring' Summary - this should be a System Dashboard. Check if you have this in your instance. Should be there. What I am not sure is (is this vendor…

:) thumbs up :)

Hi @jerin770 Easiest way to achieve this is by using Groups in SolarWinds. You can manually create them - which I wouldn't suggest, if you have a better way to keep them spontaneous that would be great as we can use Dynamic queries within Groups to auto add/remove the devices into it based on rules (this is where we need…

@i_like_eggs That is some cool stuff in there :) , Well done!
-
Hi @Pramodh.Chandrachary Would this feature be available on your SolarWinds Online demo in the future to play around with? Sorry I meant on Observability Self Hosted Demo.
-
Hi @Dinesh_Kan What SolarWinds version are you on? In the past if we had perpetual licenses even though your license is expired you still own the software - hence I am sure you can still poll as @naveensingh43 has rightfully mentioned the same. In the latest versions of SolarWinds self hosted Observability subscription…

Thanks. Seems like you have tried the correct option, can you do another thing. Go to list resources uncheck the drive submit. Come back to node page and click on rediscover node. After that leave for some time a few polls, then try adding the drive again using list resources.
-
Probably SW1 (Agentic AI) which SolarWinds is currently building/releasing will make your life easier in the future - for such use cases.

Hello @shyde13 When you say a database storage drive - how have you onboarded this onto SolarWinds - are you using NPM or something else? Are you using SNMP or agent or what to pull this information ? I have removed and added the Drive back, but it still reflects its prior size. - Do you mean to say you removed it and…

I don't think this works for classic dashboards :) , dark mode only works for Modern dashboards/widgets if I am not wrong
-
Hi @Dinesh_Kan Deploy agents to monitored nodes
-
Hi @damo_s On the map widget in modern dashboard do you have a refresh toggle ? If so, is that enabled ?
-
Hi @martian_monster Preferred approach is v2, and a key to tie together your trigger and reset Create an Events v2 API on Pager duty API Reference | PagerDuty Developer Documentation developer.pagerduty.com/docs/events-api-v2-overview Services and Integrations Common Event Format (PD-CEF) 2. Once that is done you can call…

Hi @k1gaudineer , Maybe something is really broken post upgrade. Can you do one test for me please, do a list resource of one of the devices on your additional poller, remove the hardware sensors at first, leave it for a few polls and readd the hardware sensors again, let me know how this goes. I am still not on 2026.1.1…

:) :) :)

@fletch8527 - I can login now, looks like an intermittent issue which has been solved. Thank you.

Hi @thangaselvi Basically, it's all about connectivity. If relevant ports are open on additional poller then yes you can utilize it the same way as you currently do. You mentioned you are adding a new additional poller in a remote location (now what does remote location mean ? Is it a secure zone or just another…
