for flapping via syslog its more easier only the issue is you have to enable notice & informational level log and it generates lot of data. you can use below condition. IF Severity Is Equal To Notice OR Informational AND Message Contains BFD adjacency down AND Message Contains BGP-5-ADJCHANGE

Hi Guys, as 7 days have been passed and no answer or question received, here is the Solution, DNS entry for VHN was missing from SSL certificate. just added DNS NAME=Orion(virtualHostnameused).domainname/orion
