We're using APM 2.5 still, that explains it. Also, I set this up as an APM: Application alert, I changed it to APM: Component. We're upgrading to 3.0 in the next couple of days. Thanks, but ${StatusOrErrorDescription} is coming out as '${StatusOrErrorDescription}' I'll check the guide tomorrow to find the appropriate variable if noone knows what's wrong with this one.

Thank you for your response. I went to Manage->Local Users and Groups->Users and there is not a 'NETWORK SERVICE' account listed. The only similar item I see is a 'Network Configuration Operators' group.

I answered my own question... www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx That's the Microsoft WMI Code Creator, which lists all namespaces on a machine and all properties/methods/etc contained in them. Now I just have to find the Citrix namespace. Enjoy.
