In VNQM, "unsupported" will be displayed for quality metrics (Mos/Jitter/PacketLoss/Latency) of a call detail record, only if CMR files are not generated by the call manager. Please raise a support ticket with diagnostics, if CMR's are generated and VNQM shows "unsupported" in the application. Thanks, Venu

Hello Scott, Adding subnets directly to database using SWQL/CRUD is not possible now. IPAM 4.2 RC comes with a new feature called "Automatic IPv4 subnet discovery.", which will discover the subnets from the routers and imports into IPAM, refer IPAM 4.2 Release Candidate for more information.
