Yes, you can able to perform centralized upgrade from Orion deployement page

We didn't face any issues adding manually.

If user account does not have Node Management rights, the saved map does not have a status and does not appear in the list of entities. Also, if objects are turned to unknown state with in the Orion map, over all map status will turn to Unknown based on testing on my lab env.

Is this for overall Map or objects inside the map, can you share the screenshot?

Have a look at the logs from the location C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs\Orion\ActionsExecutionReport.log

Are you receiving high number of Traps to your Orion server? That maybe causing

Hope I understood your question correctly, when you click on scheduled maintenance it will automatically set 24 hours from the current date/time.

Thanks a lot for posting this, this helped us to upgrade our environment smoother. Thanks again!

@"mlathamuk" I guess its effected for the builds for versions 2019.4 through 2020.2.1.

Thank you for the update. As far I know, SNOW team have to look at Incident Table ACL's. Sorry I'm not much familiar with Service-Now ACL configuration.

Yes, you can give a try removing SN user account and re-add in SW.( There are possibilities you may lose INC trigger actions) ACL configuration in Service-Now. Check with your SNOW team If there are any rules configured.

Ok no problem. Can you confirm your're using trail version or production license? If yes, probably you can try disconnecting from your instance and reconnecting. or there may be an ACL issue?

Thanks Rahul, this worked for me.

Ok, looks like permission issue. Can you try giving admin role for SN user account and check if you are able to see the properties.

Perhaps, to my knowledge there is no such policy for view limitations. We have to submit a feature request. For workaround you can refer below link https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/orionplatform/Content/Core-Configuring-View-Limitations-sw791.htm You can create a view and limit the objects. Hope this…

You need to validate which tables are growing too large, did you recently made any changes to polling intervals?

Here are some articles which may help you. Though its old doc but the procedure is same on GUI. http://cdn.swcdn.net/creative/pdf/techtips/Automate_Configuration_Management.pdf https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/How-to-use-NCM-to-make-config-changes-on-multiple-nodes

It depends on type of node and it may vary based on your modules in your environment. An example of Server page view from my console.

Make sure the user has these roles. They should be contained in the x_sow_intapp.integration_user role:

Just an idea There is a possible way to create separate Node Summary View Type for the nodes you need Custom Table for Netpath Service you can copy - Node Summary View and modify per your needs. Make sure, you're not making changes on Legacy Views.

Hello, Does anyone build a report for historical muted/unmanged entities. Let's say a user muted the alert for a period of time and then unmute(resume) the alerts. So by running below the queries we will be getting current muted/unmanaged reports. I am looking for a report where I can get historical muted entities as well.…
