Is it this what you're talking about? How to Migrate Log Analyzer Rules
-
Thanks, Brian! I was so close to upgrade directly to RC 2022.4, but I've decided to go first with 2022.3. And now ended up here ... What would be the procedure to restore only the table with the rules? Which table is that? Or I should wait for an official reply from tech support?

This is the case number 01217936. I was using the OLV before the upgrade, not the legacy tools. And yes, the rules are migrated, but all their conditions are reset to "Fire this rule without any condition testing", and that makes them useless.

Hello, I have the same issue. All my custom syslog and SNMP traps rule conditions were reset/deleted after the upgrade. Upgraded from 2020.5 to 2022.3. I've been using OLV. Just opened a case with SolarWinds support, but I'm still waiting an assignment.

Hello, Have you by any chance accomplished this? I'm struggling with it for some time but still haven't found a way to do it. Kind regards, Velin

Hello, Have you found the root cause of this behavior? It has been an "ever since" issue that is still present in the latest release.
-
Thanks for the quick response! Is it enough to update the MIBs database or I need to upgrade NPM to show the right device models?

Hi marcrobinson, Could you please post a screenshot of how your complex alert for suppressing WAP allerts when WLC is down is defined? I've tried some configurations myself, following the same logic, but I couldn't make it work. I've got the feeling I'm missing some small detail. Thanks

Hi, this is the article - Success Center Just tried it on the SolarWinds server and it fixed my issue with NetPath.
-
Yes, I think it is because of the user rights - you have to run the Poller Checker as Administrator.

Hello, Did you find out what is the root cause of this issue? I have the same situation with my SolarWinds system, and I'm trying to figure it out for a long time. Kind regards,

Hello, I'm quite new to UDT, but I might have found a way to filter only the Ethernet access ports for capacity calculations. First, I used network discovery to populate the Orion DB with some switches. In the end of the discovery, I've selected only physical access ports which are up, down or admin down. This way UDT…

Hello, Allow me to add something from my personal experience. I was struggling with slow inventory job for very long time. I have over 1000 devices in NCM and it used to take about 18 hours for the inventory job to complete. Tried everything which can be done - reducing SNMP timeout and retry values; adjusting the…
