Doesn't help on Windows Server 2022. I got the same message even tho user I'm running install with is member of Administrators group and have RunAsService rights assigned and it runs other services successfully. Tried 1.1.19 EventLogForwarder. Can you confirm that it's working and could be installed on W2022 server? Thanks.
