OK, we rebooted the server last night - I just tried again and the status still doesn't change from Pending Approval when the ticket is denied. I must have something configured incorrectly somewhere? But it's not in any of the obvious settings (obvious to me anyway)?

Thank you for the reply and for testing this out! We are running WHD 12.7.8, but I don't believe its been rebooted in quite some time (probably when we last updated). I can ask the Server Admin to reboot. Thank you again!
