  • We have this problem quite often and end up restarting the service. Is this a known problem or bug? cant see anyone else with this issue which is surprising. NPM next poll status is always ok, but APM next poll is often in the past, preventing any polling of the application monitors Can anyone advise?

  • RESOLVED. Installed Full 9.5 NPM then configured and then uninstalled. Job scheduler remained :-) Re-installed NPM 9.5 poller and all ok now,
