I would think its unlikely unless you also have a Database back up to restore. The schema version is different. What type of issue are you having with 12.4?

pabely is correct. Also note that checklists in WHD 12.6.0 are a brand new "V1" feature. So additional use cases and expansion of it should hopefully come in the future. For now there is already a Feature Request you could upvote to move the max to 25 items vs the current limit of 10.

If you are on a windows box you can click start --> All Programs --> Web Helpdesk --> Stop WebHelpdesk (may need to right click, run as admin) wait for the cmd window to disappear. --> then Start WebHelpdesk. Or if there is nothing else on the box just reboot it. I am not sure about other OS's.

I just checked the WHD instance on my test server running build 12.7.407 (yea latest broken build) and it does indeed appear to be 9.2.1 We use MS SQL but wow that is quite a dated version of the software they are shipping.
