Not related to the demo server. I downloaded the file yesterday and though I ran it against our dev server however the build is 12.2.0.9011 I thought this was the build number for RC2, wanted to see if I accidently ran the wrong file.

I think this would be a useful improvement but In addition the actual template UI if there was a way to have the system email you a test email from the template page as opposed to making the change then having to go to a ticket send a test email make more changes send another test email ect.

As an aside to this list are any of the features currently being prioritizes through Thwack Feature requests, It has been a while since any have been marked as closed or changed to were working on. If you are using FrontBase it will migrate you to PostgreSQl and should migrate your data. If you are having an issue with the built in migrator you should open a support case right away. As you are using an RC build you get high priority attention if its in a production enviroment.

The reason is this is not an approval per se. We are using this perticular approval process to add new and remove exiting employees from all internal systems. So all the people need to say is yes they have been removed from the website directory, yes thier network account is disabled. Its not really an approve or deny…

glisit For the limitation of 10 items per checklist there is already another feature request to improve that upvote here There are also a couple of other open requests if you search. This was a new feature in 12.6.0 so its a bit of a V1 feature.

You already can do this but not per user as you noted would be ideal. And it shows in my tickets and group tickets.

So I actually had this issue and worked with Peter on it. We have had that setup for over 4 years where the tech username is the same as their network username. There was always a warning not to to do this but previous versions had no ill effects if you did. After you upgrade to 12.5.2 if you have this set up any affected…

Have to agree with the above comments. Counting this service release The last 3 ga builds V12.5, 12.5.1 and 12.5.2 have only afforded us 1 new feature for actually managing tickets. Upgrading 3rd party modules you use and security is great and should be looked at often but at this point we need feature improvement.

Why is there not yet a roadmap to refresh the remaining client side UI tabs? What about any reporting enhancements of which there are numerous in the Thwack FR backlog. At a minimum what about migrating all reports to the *newer engine that was released in 12.5 when client reports were added. It was supposed to be faster…

As long as you are running 12.0 or higher you should have no issues going straight to 12.5.

I like this idea. If a user submites a ticket to purchase something or to get access to a network resouce you could zip off an approval to thier manager.
