I have installed both the Crystal Reports Runtime and the LEM Reports using a Domain Administrator account and I am still getting the Logon failed. Error code: -2147189176 .

It didn't compute a weird last boot date, it really did reboot on March 24th. The problem is that it rebooted on 4/21, but NPM did not pick it up. It still thinks the last reboot is 3/24.

I understand the "all" logic, what I don't understand is how it knows that I mean that "Statistic Data (Numeric)" refers to the line above it and not ANY Statistic Data (Numeric). If it does reference the line above some kind of nesting would be nice to see...

I thought I mentioned in the original post that I've tried using ${CurrentValue} and it only works part of the time... here is a screenshot. Notice that the Runtime Remaining UDP item doesn't pull the CurrentValue correctly. There are others like this too.

Glad I haven't upgraded yet as I didn't see this in the release notes either. Was this mentioned to the customer before somewhere? The upgrade's been out for a while now and I just stumbled across this change in this thread.

OK -- but is that the protocol used to transfer the config FROM the device to NCM, or from NCM to the TFTP server running on the Orion server? We don't have TFTP configured on the firewall. Again, this does not seem to be a problem with the transfer protocol, it seems to be a problem with the comparison criteria engine.
