I just found we have the same issue. We are on version 6.7.2 of LEM and we have found we have plenty of 6.5.x and 6.6x agents on our servers despite Node Management showing version 6.7.2. This is frustrating!

Contact support if you have not already done so. We had a similar problem with the 6.4x to 6.5 upgrade. Support quickly identified the problem for us and replaced toolindex that was corrupted during the upgrade.

You can try resetting the agent or removing and reinstalling the agent. * On the affected host, stop the LEM Agent Service. * Go to the Agent install directory (C:\Windows\System32\ContegoSPOP or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ContegoSPOP) and delete the spop folder * Start the service.
