  • First, Thank you. Yes, we do have VNQM and I saw that post talking about setting triggers and the fact that they can not get information until the call completes which is fine but for a total Noob it is not enough information to get it set up. It does give me hope that it can be done but I still am not sure how.

  • Is there any way to get a box on the main monitor page of 911 call for the last x Days? If so how would that be done? I am totally new to this product.
