I downloaded the version of NPM full offline installer that's compatible with my version of Orion (12.3.0 [2.93 GB] 20 AUG 2018), and it worked! My new HA poller is now showing up in my High Availability Deployment Summary with a green dot and labeled 'standby'.

I get: Could not get installer metadata from administration service on main polling engine. Please contact SolarWinds support. Is there a log file that can give me more info about what’s really happening behind the error?
