Good Morning, I had the same issue with mine, you can't deploy a network sensor on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. I wrote a post on this Friday. I will send it to you when I find it. FIXED IT!!! Looks like deleting the entire VM environment and then adding it back to NPM solved the problem!
