Salam baqir At which part of the process are you having the challenge? Thanks. Tony

@"dan_jagnow" and I discussed this and our initial thought is that this is a bug but requires further validation. The only other way to disable a component is to update the database directly, with the prerequisite caution: Make sure you have a backup of your database before making any changes.

The setting in question is GtmEnabled
-
Can you show me the URL for the page which has that custom resource?
-
I have not been able to reproduce this across multiple labs, it may warrant opening a support case. If you could share the case number with me when available.
-
@"sum_giais" I agree, the description of the fix in the release notes is not very clear. I will have this updated to more accurately describe the fix which was delivered. The fix is 2020.2 covers a scenario where the agent's Cortex cannot reconnect to the main Cortex if this restarts. The case referenced…

I have yet to find a clean solution to getting this data for a report. Once available I will share here.

What is the account limitation configured for the user you are logging in with?
-
Apologies the link may have been moved. This should work https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/orionplatform/Content/Core-Create-Performance-Analysis-Charts.htm
-
Having reviewed both cases I would suggest re-opening 00443928 if this issue is still persisting.

are the tickets > 25453 of value to you? could they be deleted?

Hi tdanner, Is this post still accurate? Have there been any changes to adding HW monitoring using the SDK? Thanks, Tony
-
You are in luck. You can achieve exactly what you need without additional spend, by upgrading NPM to the latest platform release 2019.4 and choosing the OLV add-on during the installation. Orion Log Viewer the New and Improved Version of the Syslog and Trap Viewers

one more link which may help get you closer to what you want to achieve, courtesy of tdanner Re: Re: How do we programmatically discover the non-interface properties [in Orion] and enable them
-
Thanks Tim, For agent-based nodes does the polling I.P match the I.P of the trap received?
-
Hi Erdzzy, Can you confirm what version you are using? Also can you provide a screen shot of the Orion service manager showing the status of the solarwinds services and the contents of the most recent configurationwizard.log file from from %ProgramData%\Solarwinds\Logs\Orion -Tony

I have been unable to test this in my lab, When assigning the UNDP to devices do you see values returned when testing?
-
In order to get the OID, each character in the name of the service you want to monitor is converted to a decimal ASCII number and appended to 1.3.6.1.4.1.77.1.2.3.1.1 along with the number of characters in the service name you want to monitor. For example, there are 10 characters in solarwinds and consulting an ASCII table…

SQL management studio is the best option for managing the database. msdn.microsoft.com/.../mt238290.aspx 1. connect to the database instance 2. Click New Query – Make sure the correct database is selected, then execute.
-
When looking the node details page, what do you see under polling method? WMI or SNMP?
-
The ResponseTime_Detail table should have the data you require, you will notice availability is usually 0 when PercentLoss is 100 and vice versa, This table contains the results of each poll as you can see the node polling intervals in the DateTime when comparing results for a single NodeID
-
Yes, If the credential in question is present when running the following query "SELECT Name, Description, CredentialType, CredentialOwner FROM Orion.Credential" it can be updated
-
This could be something of use in the meantime Enter debug mode and export * In the address bar, add ?debug to the end of the URL. * Scroll down to the Debugger section. * On the Export tab, select All from the options list.

+1 Great Idea

The article does specify APE's however as the root cause is with the licensing I suspect this issue could also apply to the primary pollers also. What does your license manager look like?
-
Hi Qureshi, Yes you will need to access WHD from an Arabic system as WHD will detect required language, and thus CustomLabels_ar.properties file to use. -Tony
-
Alternatively you could add a Custom Query resource and use something like the query below specifying the object name in the where clause. Select Name, ObjectName, TriggerTimeStamp, Acknowledged, AcknowledgedBy, Notes From Orion.AlertStatus s Join Orion.AlertDefinitions d on s.AlertDefID = d.AlertDefID Where Acknowledged =…

Running the Configuration wizard should rebuild the website to its original state. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Run-the-Orion-Configuration-wizard

Is the Orion server accessible? What happes to throw this error? Can you provide more details on the problem such as steps to reproduce, Product and versions installed and Opertraing System details?
-
I have tested this in my lab and could not reproduce. As the error is specific to a single node can you provide the captions of the interfaces for the affected node as you would expect to see them?
