Hi Denny, The standard reset action for an interface coming up again is to log it to the Event log. What I want to happen for any "unpluggable" interface is absolutely nothing. Hi Denny, I am using only advanced alerts and do need the Interface up again for actual server nic's and production links. Had a play with a few tweaks, but must be missing something. Thanks, Tom

Hi, I have just enabled the "unpluggable" feature on all my user switches. Is there a way to turn off the alerts for the port coming up again - going down does not alert, which is great. As these ports are user ports I don't care when they go down or come up, I just need traffic info for troubleshooting.
