We have customers with HA builds and tend to pause until the upgrade is fully completed. If the centralised upgrade is used, having an action that pauses the alerts as part of the upgrade process would make a lot of sense.

I used Cherwell once briefly at a previous company.They had been implementing it for a couple of years, only for the company to be acquired and a multi-yr project scrapped shortly after go-live in favour of the ITSM the acquiring company was using. Interesting times.
