Hi Derek, You can change the owner / account on the map to allow another user to edit rather than making copies. We did this yesterday. thwack.solarwinds.com/.../changing-ownership-of-orion-maps

Great idea

Not just a line, but arrows... being able to include those directly would be great. I've just drawn one up in GIMP that colour matches the Platform arrows. Would make more sense to have those out the box! 

Filtering is something I also raised with SW support. There is no option to do this currently.

We've run into this exact same problem for a customer deployment. You can set Service Catalog items to "Internal" so they don't display in the portal. We have also worked with various autmations to work around the issue in some cases. Categories and Subcategories are a required field for our customer so it becomes…
