Rather annoying, they were swift to roll out tabbed dashboards but failed to support obvious functions that make day to day usage easier for most of us working with the system. .4 is the Q4 release so we have a bit of a wait.

I think I've found a use case for this too, using the Failover Cluster Monitor. We want to know when the server is no longer the active server in the cluster, and alert once, but don't want it to then continue alerting until it becomes active again. The truncated value is annoying. The fact you can't hover over to see what the full value is either doesn't make sense.
